Therefore, Kingswood Associates Limited cannot guarantee that the Content will be suitable to your circumstances or adequate to meet your particular requirements.
Kingswood Associates Limited cannot accept any responsibility for errors or omissions beyond its reasonable control that may affect any of the Content.

10. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. We agree, for the exclusive benefit of Kingswood Associates Limited, that the Courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes which may arise out of, under, or in connection with this agreement; save that, it being agreed that this clause conferring jurisdiction for the benefit of Kingswood Associates Limited only, Kingswood Associates Limited shall retain the rights to bring proceedings against you in the Courts of any other country which has jurisdiction.
General
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
